One of my wise mentors when I was at art school, said to me that I will have a handful of ideas and inspirations which I will explore for my entire career.
He was right.
I am fascinated by the passage of tide and time, the way that the world around us responds to the seasons, and the way that light dances on the surface of the land, sky and water.
These are themes which I have explored through both my artwork and my writing throughout my career.
To explore a concept, I work in series, which evolve as the light evolves.
